Data You Choose to Provide
Names, telephone numbers, and addresses typed into a search form go to the third-party provider that operates the search. Those queries are not copied to our servers. If you send a message through the contact channel, its contents are used only to address your request.
Basic Technical Information
Ordinary server logs can contain an IP address, browser type, page requests, and access times. Aggregate patterns help maintain the service and measure general traffic. If enabled, cookies or comparable technology may provide basic analytics and advertising measurement.
Purposes for Limited Processing
This narrow set of technical information supports site operation, error diagnosis, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We do not build personal visitor profiles or sell lists of visitors.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to Lee County and Florida records portals, libraries, archives, and outside search services. Information submitted after leaving this site is governed by the destination's privacy policy. Sponsored search results are also furnished by an independent provider under that provider's terms.
Limited Data Recipients
Hosting and support vendors may process server logs on our behalf. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic technical information described above. Data may also be disclosed when valid legal process requires disclosure.
How We Protect Your Data
An encrypted connection protects data in transit, and logs are retained only while needed for the stated purposes. Because visitors do not create accounts, this site stores no visitor password or account profile.
Users Under 18
This service is intended for adults, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if a minor may have submitted information so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
Access, correction, and deletion rights depend on the law that applies. Since the site retains little information, a request will usually concern a contact message or an available server log. Submit it through the Contact page. Government records are different: article I, section 24 of the Florida Constitution and chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes govern public access, while section 119.071 and the Address Confidentiality Program under section 741.465 et seq. provide specified protections. Send any correction, redaction, or confidentiality request to the Village of Estero, Lee County, or Florida agency that keeps the record.
Changes to the Policy
Revisions will appear here. Continued use after a revision is posted indicates acceptance of the current policy.
